Hello, I'm Glenn Frazier

 

I've always loved to workout in the gym, banging and clanging the weights, but later in life I found taekwondo and now I've combined both and found a whole new level of fitness and longevity.

My Story

A small town kid growing up in the 80's I looked up to my silver screen and bodybuilding heroes, I read all the magazines and learned as much as I could through trial and error. As I got older I remembered the thrill I got watching martial arts movies and how they moved, so when my kids started taekwondo, I saw it as an opportunity to start that journey as well.  Now as a adult full of life experience, I combine the training of both disciplines to put my body in the best mental and physical shape of my life.  Now I can help you do the same.
