I build workouts that are short 45 - 60 minutes maximizing your time and results. I will customize to your specific needs (any pervious injuries or mobility issues taken into account). They are made for home gym or public gym  goers alike, with how-to videos to show proper form and technique.

I Get it, I've Been There

I've worked in the restaurant business for 30 plus years and working shifts all around the clock. Finding time for family is tough let alone fitness, but after watching both my parents' health deteriorate until their deaths, I realized I had to make changes and put my health first, so at the request of my oldest son I entered taekwondo and my journey began. My diet was a mess, restaurant work doesn't let you eat at regular times let alone a full hot meal, never mind the caffeine addiction! I drank 1 -2 liters of pop a day with several cups of coffee, add in high stress working environment and bad diet, my health was headed in the wrong direction. So I stared drinking water instead of pop, started to bring my own food to work and taking time to eat. It wasn't always easy and took time, but through all the pit falls and staying consistent, I was successful. Now my whole family is active, both kids are athletes and my wife is a taekwondo instructor and we are a family of fitness.
